This thing has become another shite show. They need a homerun hire this go round. People are starting to laugh at UM because its a circus that no one wants to be ringmaster.

I would hate Schiano for UM. I don't care as much as I used to, but UM has always been a program I rooted for since my HS days.

Bama suffered from this for a while. They were looking for a connection to Bear Bryant. I get it, but it's way too limiting.

Ray Rice built up the program. BTW, football lost something like $12-20 million / year as a program for Rutgers.
ETA: I am sorry. He finished with 4-5 losses in most of his best years. He only finished with 2 losses ONCE. Never had just 3 losses outside of that one year... in the Big East.
