the key thing here is that the very best available probably buy into Brian kelly as a HC and respect him as a HC. Im honestly not sure that could be said with O at the helm.

Well i hope he gets top rate assistants. Coach O set the bar pretty low with 3rd and 4th options. I think kelly is respected and can lure in top talent.
