Matt Luke had no issues recruiting better than Kiffin and the shite that got Freeze in trouble bringing in top 10 classes is legal now thanks to NIL. Also, Ole Miss doesn’t have the academic restrictions that ND does. Kiffin could and SHOULD be doing a lot better than he is. Leach has never been known as a big-time recruiter and he’s flipped two guys from Lane in the last month and has a much better class at a less desirable school.
Your arguments do not stand up. Kelly would do just as well, likely much better, recruiting at LSU.

His only instability is he left TN early to go to USC. Nothing else was really his choice. USC he was decimated with scholly reductions. He went to Bama and rocked it. He was successful in Florida and now he has won 10 at Ole Miss.
You also just described Lincoln Riley now that he bailed on Oklahoma and went to USC. Lane is no different and everyone was fine with Riley before yesterday.

You are not possibly this clueless. What is wrong with his resume? He has been great everywhere except USC wheee he was playing without a full deck thanks for Bush/Pete Carroll. Any person I know would change resumes with him in a heartbeat.

Kiff is recruiting worse than the iconic Mississippi State with Leach, who never cared about recruiting.

You cannot possibly be serious. Are you really this misguided? Two reasons. Notre Dame is far superior place to be at over Ole Miss. Notre Dame is still one of the top 5 places to play or coach. Ole Miss is not even the second or third or fourth best place in their division of their conference. Second, recruiting services rank Notre Dame classes so high because Notre Dame fans have money and subscribe to those publications. M
Our fan base becomes less and less sophisticated with each day this search goes one. Let it end Woody. We were never emotionally stable enough to handle a five or six week coaching search.
