Gary Crowton Appreciation Thread (for Maryland)

Let's tell the folks up in Maryland the truth about Crowton.
He is an intellectual coach and play caller who needs a consistent QB and a group of smart offensive players. When he is focused he is brilliant. In the National Championship Game, the unbalanced line to the right with the tight end lined up in the spot of the left tackle, throw to the tight end, was an absolute thing of beauty. He has been made to look bad here in the last two years due to inconsistency of players. Not his fault.
He would be a perfect fit at a place like Maryland, where the players are well educated and smart. I'd hate to see him go, but if he has to go, Maryland will be richer for having him.

They have the perfect QB for Crowton and they are probably going to win their division in the ACC one of the next two years.

Maryland is just playing with us. Their posters got together and pulled this off. Just like Michigan was playing with us by flying their airplanes to our airport.

Always will be a part of our history.
2007: 541 pts (38.6 ppg), only 3 games under 30 points
won the championship and the offense put up 38 against Ohio St. He has big game experience, and I hope we don't lose him.
Maryland WILL be in the ACC championship game if they get the Wizard for the 2011 campaign.
