Anyone think that we will continue to see the trend of coaches being hired that have never been head coaches before?

I hate seeing coaches who've gone .500 their whole career getting hired up every time they get fired. It's fun seeing new faces in the spot light.

My favorite story is John Harbaugh. Special Teams Coordinator at Philly for 9 years with Reid. Begs Reid to give him a real coaching job so that he can pad his resume and become a head coach in the future. Reid moves him to Defensive Backs coach. One year later, Jason Garrett turns down the Ravens and Harbaugh impresses during an interview and gets hired.

Honorable Mention: Tom Cable. OLine coach for 2.25 years in NFL then named head coach by Death, himself.
