Right and we don’t know yet about the NIL impact on recruiting, or we don’t know enough I should say.

In management, you hear a lot about mitigating risk and that’s the appeal of someone like Jimbo. You know for a fact what you’re getting with Jimbo both in recruiting and on the field.

Campbell might be incredible or he might be Dan Mullen, very good coach but poor recruiter.

I thought Dan was going to do well at Florida.

I’d say Jimbo has a higher floor than Matt, but Matt has the higher ceiling.

I like Matt more for his intangibles and scheme, and I like Jimbo more for resume and recruiting.

Matt looks happy where he is winning with 2star and 3star players.

The SEC will eat him up.

Run the Wing T
Play a soft reacting defense
Run Toss Dive
Let Florida St recruit NOLA/Baton Rouge
Have grade and legal troubles
Never get correct APR scores
Have assistants with monkeys, strippers, and other assorted issues

Hell I do not know what to expect anymore in College Football, even Alabama is starting to not be the same.

I'm afraid you're going to be disappointed.

Do tell.

It’s seems to be the norm for the last three coaches.

What has changed that would make us disappointed?

In this day and time getting players to the NFL is a big tool that can get them to your school. Most 4 and 5 star athletes have their eyes on the NFL. You have to promote this aspect

Agreed, I don't think this is unreasonable...High expectations. We're not asking for the second coming of Saban.

I'd say something similar but: This gives 3 years to install playbook and run through an entire recruiting cycle; then use that experience to springboard into CFP. Also, by this time you may have outlived Saban removing a natural roadblock in the SEC.

Legitimate Challenge for the SEC West by Year 3
4 team CFP within 5 years
National Championship within 7
