I want Herman, but if we swing and miss it's all not a total failure. It's clear we are doing all we can to grab him. It's his choice. All that being said I can't wait to find out who the new guy will be. Plus we aren't stuck with Miles. This calls for a celebration

If they frick up and we end up with O, we should have stayed with Miles.

Going after the best isn't sufficient. To succeed, the AD actually has to hire a good coach.

Miles would be a lot better

We would have fired a head coach with a national title for our current d line coach with a losing record as a head coach

Think about that

O does not equal fail. Alleva has had the opportunity to watch O up close and see how he runs the program. Maybe he likes what he sees.

Yep, it's Jimbo.

I'm convinced and will not let anything else deter my strong belief that Jimbo Fisher is LSUs next coach.

Yeah. Alleva also likes what he sees from Johnny Jones

So I guess Alleva took the day off of watching O during the UF game?

It is, if you end up with Ed Orgeron

Agreed, Alleva deserves a trophy just for trying to do his job. Regardless of whether he is successful
