he has fricked our recruiting situation so badly that its almost a moot point. he hasnt been contacting one of the strongest classes coming from louisiana in a while(09 class) and hasnt talked to the number overall recruit in the country in 2 months. i have been a huge supporter of les and like the guy a lot, but he doesnt seem to be thinking of the future of the program with the non-actions in recruiting

How do you know who Les Miles has contacted in the last 2 months?

But LSU should be undefeated every year and win the NC with all the talent that they have. Les has killed LSU. He has to go.

I disagree. If he ends up staying (and I hope he does) then recruits will KNOW 100% that he is not going anywhere. He will have already turned down his other possible dream job. Think $atin can make that promise to anyone?

I am not concerned with recruiting. It will likely be only fair regardless who we get. I think Les has lost a piece of the Tiger Nation he will never recover. He could have used this to make himself one of the tiger greats. Now he is just a guy who coached at LSU.

Imagine what would have happened if he would have dismissed the UM job when he cried at the presser?
"I'm not looking for jobs, I have a job and this is where I am staying. I am not a candidate for the Michigan job period!"

Well, he would have been lying if he said this. If you were the new hotshot manager at the nearby McDonald's, but had always dreamed of being the manager of the Burger King down the street, you wouldn't take your name out of the running for the BK job until you were offered the job.

Why do we expect our head coach to not want to chase his dream? Why is this so hard for you people? If he wants to go, let him go -- he can't do right in many peoples' eyes, so what difference does it make? At least he isn't being a jackass about it.
