a. we aren't winning a title

b. that's the issue with a coordinator-dependent head man like O. disruption in scheme and hiring new coordinators is a big deal

We haven't hired an OC yet either. Can I have some lottery numbers too.

Ensminger doesn't want the job. I hope he has his way.
