the advocate said he agreed to a new contract of 1.2MM / yr fir three years. If the contract becomes valid does that mean his buyout would be 3.6MM?

ESPN and/or Aranda's agent trying to force Herman/UTw into moving more quickly. They know if he tells Alleva he is waiting to hear from Texas, Joe will tell him to GTFO and hang up on him. Every employee or prospective employee of the LSU Athletic Department has a blueprint for how to deal with Joe.
