Eric Kiesau helped implement the up-tempo spread at Alabama

He worked with Kiffin and the offensive staff as an analyst in 2015 to go all in on using a tempo offense. He was the OC at Fresno State in 2016. He previously worked at Washington as OC under Sarkisian.
This is a name I would keep an eye on in all of this movement between Kiffin and Sarkisian.
