Easy Question to Answer

Very simple if you are staying at LSU - You answer the question with "I am staying at LSU." I hope the admin takes a hard line and doesn't extend or give a raise to keep him.

I believe he's gone, but, he could be jockeying for a higher salary at LSU. Doubt it though.

I may be overly optimistic, but I think it only tells you that he prefers to have some bargaining power. To squash it means to squash any chance of more $$ and extensions from LSU. I say we offer him more $ and an extension.
