Dooley's Coordinators at UT?

IMO, Dooley will take his DC Tommy Spangler with him to Knoxville and leave his OC Frank Scelfo behind in Ruston.
Dooley and Spangler have a long history together and Dooley specifically sought him out to be his DC at LA Tech; Spangler was HC at Presbyterian College in South Carolina. Scelfo was a filler who Dooley hired because he was the best available at the time and because he has connections throughout LA.

It will be interesting to see how things play out. They are likely paying less for Dooley than they were paying for Kiffin or any of his other potential replacements, thus they will have plenty of money to pay their new OC and DC.
If they offer Chavis, say $800k per year, then they'd still be getting more for their money than they got with Monte Kiffin.
Furthermore, many of the older players (Juniors/Seniors/RS Seniors) have experience under Chavis' system so its not like they'd be going through the same growing pains of a completely new DC.
OC hire will be interesting though.
