With James giving his side of the story, with Bobby ( hit you in the face ) Knight working for them, and the very biased postings of tweets from Adam's side and not supporters from Leach being highlighted on the runners. I think Leach has some conspiracy and slander material to work with.

maybe, but i think their heavily biased presentation of this incident will be in court and will actually help leach. leach is a nut, but i hope he kicks TT's arse in this deal. i really don't think he did anything that wrong; sounds like the kid got a little humiliated but sounds like he needs humility. sueing espn for biased reporting sounds like a lose lose to leach.

He won't go after them but will likely use the one-sided reporting of the incident by the employer of the father of the accused to his advantage.

This is really getting ridiculous.

Trevor Mattich (sp?): I don't want to judge too early but likely this is a vindictive coach on a power trip.

interesting that not long after your post ESPN ran a statement by leach and announced an interview with him. it appears that you weren't the only one that noticed their biased coverage. bet their lawyers advised them to present leaches side too.

I'm sure ESPN is scared shitless of lawyer Mike Leach right now.

Lawsuits like that are why CNN MSNBC and Fox never do one-sided reporting.
