No, because he will never get the LSU job. As Woodward would have to strike out on a bunch of far better candidates to settle for hiring Napier and that just won't happen.

I've seen you post this several times, but you've yet to actually back it up with any REAL source, quote, article, connection, fact, post, anything but your shitty opinion.
If you have solid info as to the inner workings of Woodward's mind or his hiring process, let us know. Otherwise, stating things like "Woodward will NEVER hire Napier" like they're fact just makes you look petty and like one of the Napier haters simply because he coaches at a Louisiana program.
The truth is, you have ZERO clue who Woody will or won't hire, or who he's even considering. Thank god you're not in the position to make that decision yourself, because you'd overlook anyone not currently at a top 10 P5 job and end up with another last-minute Orgeron hire when they all stayed put

There's no fewer than 60 coaches that could win a NC here at LSU, and that number is probably low. Very low standard to meet.
I thought we were looking for someone that could sustain that NC-contending status, playoffs every year, not just get there once.

It's common sense, genius. Napier is way down the list and if Woodward does hire Napier, everybody will know that Woodward woofed on a lot of other far better qualified candidates and in which will not make him look good.
