Seriously....you have to say that MSU definitely got a better coach .... at least based on what each have done so far.

Nobody knew who saban was out MSU either..

Could be a diamond in the rough

AU obviously thought he was top shelf, being a former DC at AU, they didn't care what his record was at Iowa State

Saban was being courted for NFL head coaching jobs before he ever came to LSU

And most objective observers (along with most Barners) think that AU's athletic department leadership has made a huge mistake.

exactly. Saban was well known, maybe not by some South Louisiana people, but he was known in media and coaching profession.
