not winning anytime soon so might as well
I would think Kubuick is done in Houston, I'd hire him in a second if I was Denver, he might be somewhat cheap

As a Bronco fan for many years, please tell me this won't happen. Bowlen stop all the bs and hire a winner

John McClain was saying last week after McDaniels was fired that Bowlen wanted to bringing back Elway to run the personal side and Kubiak to be the head coach. I don't know if McNair will fire Kubiak but he would be stupid to turn down any draft picks the Broncos might offer up for him.

interesting stuff. If true this could be a disaster given Elway has no experience in such. I can see giving a guy a consultant job but running the entire personnel is just too much.

I would think that Elway would hire a GM or allow Kubiak to have control of picking players and serve a role similar to what Parcells did with Miami and Holmgren does with the Browns. More than likely if both of them were to be brought back it would be an attempt to make the fans happy after the screw up of the past hire.

That is almost to the "T" what will happen. And the Fassel thing is pure speculation at this point. This Franchise needs stability more than anything right now. The new head coach will not have the personnel control that Shanahan or McDaniels had.
