Tony Dungy (Indianapolis Colts) Definite-Retiring.
Mike Holmgren (Seattle Seahawks) Definite-Retiring
Wade Phillips (Dallas Cowboys) Maybe
Andy Reid (Philadelphia Eagles) Maybe
Norv Turner (San Diego Chargers) Maybe
Romeo Crennel (Cleveland Browns) Probable
Herman Edwards (Kansas City Chiefs) Probable
Jim Haslett (St. Louis Rams) Probable
Tom Cable (Oakland Raiders) Definite-Replaced
Rod Marinelli (Detroit Lions) Definite-Fired
Marvin Lewis (Cincinnati Bengals) Definite- Fired

11 possible coaching changes, unbelievable. Some will probably survive because of the lack of available coaches due to all the changes. Crennel and Edwards may escape because of this.

Reid and Phillips are probably safe, all bets are off if Jerry Jones assures his job security.

Colts and Seahawks are already lined up with replacements.

It looks like Singletary will stay at San Fran.

That still leaves Detroit, Cincy, St. Louis, and Oakland in the Bill Cowher suck up fest.

I have a feeling that Jerry Jones hands the reigns over to Garrett after WP fails in the playoffs again and goes after Mike Singletary or Jim Haslett to be DC.

Have they found a new GM yet?

I don't see him going anywhere soon. They are rebuiling draft up. KC and Pitt are the type of places that don't fire coaches after a bad year. KC had Schottenhimer forever and Vermil retired.

Who would take that job? I don't know any good coach who would want it.

Hope the Saints are already in talks with him to become their new DC.

Brad Childress (Minnesota Vikings) Maybe

Don't see him going anywhere. They are a QB away from being a good team.

I don't think Jack Del Rio's going anywhere, especially college.

Yeah, b/c that Bengals D has been something FIERCE since he's been there.

Doesn't Marvin Lewis run a 3-4? Or am I tripping.

Your right. He sucked as the Steelers DC when they went to the Super Bowl and did a horrible job as the Ravens Defensive Coordinator when they went to the Super Bowl.
Oh yeah, and as Cinn head coach he only took them to their first playoff game in over 15 years and in his first year he gave the team their first non-losing season in over seven years.

But I can see where you say he sucks. x 100

He ran a 3-4 with Pitt and a 4-3 with Baltimore. He's currently running a 4-3 with the Bengals.

I'd love to have Marvin Lewis, I think he would be a steal. However, as soon as he turned us around, he would be gone again.

I don't want assistants without aspirations. If his D doesn't perform he doesn't get another HC job. Therefore he will make the D come to play as long as he is there which is all I ask for.

5 black head coaches losing their jobs in one year would be record setting and a major set back for what the NFL is trying to achieve. Also very likely.

Marvin Lewis isn't going to be no one's DC unless the head coach is above him. Meaning someone who has won a super bowl or something in that nature.
