Um no. He won't be here for 25 years lol. The NFL will come calling and like nick saban he will have to scratch that itch

He'll be around for a few years (3-8) and then find an NFL job with a stable QB and start winning at the pro level.

His offense is not suited for the NFL. Look at Chip, he's not doing well in the NFL, so we would be safe for a long time.

He has no NFL coaching experience. Guys like Saban and Pete Carroll had coached in the NFL prior, found success in NCAAF and wanted to give the league another go. Maybe Herman just wants to be in college, like Meyers and Jimbo.
