Back to the SEC? Am I the first fool to bring up his name?

I think David Cutcliffe was a damn good coach. Games were always close. Did good considering he didn't have the best talent around him outside of Eli. Reminds me of a Houston Nutt. Most years he is going to win you 8,9 games with a few lean years in between. If he had some guys on staff to recruit for him, he would be dangerous in the SEC.

I really think Cutcliffe likes being at a basketball school without the high pressure of the SEC coaching ranks.

I don't blame him. Guy put in all of those years there and alot of their fans always gave him shite. Not saying you did. I remember listening to alot of sports radio, and Vol fans would call in and talk about how bad the playcalling was and were happy when he left to go to OM. I think he was a pretty good coordinator.

Yeah, we suck with being too hard on coordinators. If what I read about Pelini is true, you guys do the same.

Thought his defenses were good, but if you noticed other teams started figuring out his defenses after the South Carolina game last year.

There are a lot of possibilities for Auburn. Some I don't care to see.
