He couldn't organize the offense effectively. Terrible execution.

He also couldn't develop QBs. They have all regressed since he's been at LSU.

But, the biggest in-game problem was that he seemed to have a different formation for every play. I always knew what play we were going to run based on the formation. When I watched Auburn, they would do 4 different things out of the same formation. I never knew what they were going to do.

So, the problems on our offense are not huge. We need someone who can:

1. Develop QBs effectively.
2. Organize the offense to execute well (includes running practice, teaching the game, and things like clock management).
3. Call a game where you do multiple things out of the same formation so little children don't know exactly what you're going to do.

The challenges are not huge. High School OC's can do this. If we get someone competent in these areas, our talent level will take over and we'll see an offense in the top half of the NCAA, at least.

Kragthorpe, Gonzo, or any respected OC could do this. We don't have to shoot for the moon here. Just get someone stable.
