something from that article isn't adding up:
2007 first season
2008 second season
2009 third season
2010 fourth season
2011 fifth season?
What am I doing wrong here? Did he sign a 3 year contract AFTER the 2007 season? That would still put this year as his last year.
Also, I thought I saw another article that quoted his last season of his contract as this year.

well he's oblivious in his play calling so maybe he's oblivious to his current hot seat..

Crowton expects to stay at LSU
That's because we haven't told him yet.

GOOD GOD I HOPE THIS IS NOT TRUE! THIS MAN MUST BE FIRED ARE WE ARE GARUNTEED 2 LOSSES NEXT YEAR AND POSSIBLY EVEN WORSE OFFENSE.

I guess this means that Leach and Kragthorpe both said no.
Either that or Crowton has no idea that Les is looking/talking to other OC options.

how can anyone continue to support miles if he keep crowton?
Posted on 12/1/10 at 3:17 pm to MoreOrLes
We thought it wasn't possible to get worse last year, and we did get worse.
I'm a full blood Miles supporter but if he keeps Crowton around I will have to widthdraw my support and beg for changes.

doesn't mean anything. He's feeling out replacements. If he wanted him back, he wouldn't be doing anything.
ETA: I also like the title of the article, "crowton expects to stay" and not "crowton expected to stay"

interesting observation.
hope that's a legitimate/intentionally subtle suggestion, and not just a hopeful reading-into.
