Could "BoB" really be Bob? As in Bob Stoops?

And the "Stoops" we keep hearing about is not Mark Stoops but actually Bob Stoops. Has it all been a miscommunication?
And the $98M over 8 years was total BS put out by Riley's camp to get OU to give him a fat raise?

Bill O’Brien has and will dominate this board today. There is no stopping it at this point. Every new thread is someone saying no way Woody hires BOB. The actual candidates will get very little discussion until this rumor doesn’t age well over the course of the day.
ETA: I’m not saying Bob Stoops is or should be a candidate. Felt I should clarify before someone takes this as a rumor and starts 58 threads about Stoops.
