A&M will likely be getting an Offensive Coordinator to handle QB or WR duty and play calling (instead of Sherman).

Any guesses on other programs changing coordinators or observations on likely hot names for this year, whether at OC or DC?

Auburn likely getting rid of DC Ted Roof

OC Gus Malzahn could be leaving to be a HC somewhere.

UK getting rid of Co-DC Steve Brown (who was basically already replaced with Rick Minter) and OC Randy Sanders.

I call complete and total bullshite. There's NO WAY Sherman will allow an offensive coordinator to upstage his "script".

Is this pure conjecture or do you have some concrete proof? I don't see Sherman giving up his laminated play card for anything. He seems to have a death grip on it.

If he didn't leave last year, I'm not sure he leaves this year. Unless they put up big numbers on Alabama.

They need to have an intervention with Sherm like we had with Gundy about giving up OC duties

Best thing that ever happened to our program

I think it's different with Gundy with OSU being his AM. He's probably willing to do what is in the program's best interest a lot quicker than Sherman, who is probably more concerned with himself and, IMO, trying to get another HC job in the NFL.

We don't have one individual (like Pickens) who is willing to pull the strings like that.

I doubt Kirby Smart is in TTown after this season. He may be in Oxford before too much longer
