Why would you want to coach in the SEC right now? You can also win big at Clemson. They have a fan base, money and some history.
Yeah, they've been on probation almost as much as Bama!

1. Auburn
2. Clemson
3. Tennessee
1 has a great tradition and great in-state athletes, as well as good connections in the states of GA, TN, and FL. Saban, new coach at UT, Fisher/Bowden, and Richt are main competitors
2 only has to worry about one other in-state competitor in SC, but has to go outside and compete against Beamer, B. Davis, and Richt.
3 Has no REAL recruiting base. It's hit or miss every year for the Vols. They can't raid others' groceries like they once did.

ZERO recruiting base. This is why the are an inconsistent program. See also:
Nebraska
Iowa
North Carolina
Utah

Putting Nebraska & Tennessee with Iowa, North Carolina and Utah shows your ignorance.

UTenn and NU are very similar

I would say, share some similarities. Not very similar. Tennessee, while not producing players like other southern states, does produce some (though mostly in the central and western part of the state). It also has an advantage over Nebraska of being surrounded by neighboring states that produce tons of players. Nebraska doesn't have that.

Actually, they've been having some good players come out of East Tennessee like Brandon Warren, and Randall Cobb, and a few others out of the Maryville/Alcoa.The thing is some of them are going out side of UT.
If you guys want to see a future stud (Jason Witten like skills) do s search on Tyler Robinson and Alcoa. He's just a jr and is about 6ft 4 inches, and 235.

More coaches will be interested in Clemson than any job in the SEC.
