Coaches contract question

I know there are several coaches out there with language in their contract that would make them the highest paid coach by a dollar or something like that if they win a NC, if Nick gets 10+ million are those contracts still binding?

Not sure. But hell, some school admins would be cheering against the NC if it's the case.
