At this point I see no better option. In fact we are running out of options.

He's probably our best option now that we could possibly hire so I'm in.

I would like to see them talk to Bill Clark first. But at that point, I am good with O. I would rather see him in charge than Brick get promoted.

One of the things I remember most about when he was fired at Ole Miss was how everyone related with that program raved about what a hard worker he was. Always the first to arrive in the last to leave. Now, this was when the guy got fired, which is usually not a time when people heap on the compliments,so it stood out to me. I guess that is one reason why he is such an effective recruiter.

Also, don't dismiss the job he did as interim head coach at USC.that team had completely quit on Lane Kiffin, but O somehow managed to get them to buy back in, and turn things around closing out the season strong.A lot of people thought he deserved to get that job after what he did.we always look at The guy has a buffoon, which is the persona he projects a lot of the time. But a buffoon would not have pulled that level of a turnaround off.

This is exactly what we need- a guy to come in here, bust his arse, and fire up this defense to play with the chip on their shoulder that we have lost in the last two years. We haven't seen anybody "hungry" around here since 2011. I can damn well guarantee you that O will be hungry to take over a Defensive Cordinator position at an SEC school.I think he deserves a serious look.
