Coach Joe Moglia, why isn't he considered by mid tier teams like Purdue?

Why would an upcoming coach want to go to West Lafeytte? The facilities are meh and getting recruits to go to the school would be a chore. Not an easy sell.

He's old. If he ever got a FBS shot it'd be a way smaller program than Purdue, like Georgia St., UMASS, or Charlotte.
