Chow has been screwed over so many times. The dudes interviewed for countless head coaching jobs and never lands one.
I think at this point he just wants to live in California(his wife) and go for the money. I don't blame him one bit.

I think Chow and Neuheisel would get ENORMOUS satisfaction out of coaching UCLA to victories over USC and Little Lane. UCLA needs to pony-up the $ and keep Chow.
USC boosters will be getting nervous as Chow declines the offer.
