I see minimal impact on recruiting from the Chavis hire.

Yes its a name, primarily because he has been at one place for a very long time. His defenses are solid but often have very poor years. Its bend dont break style of D. Players want to play the style of D that the raven and steelers play where you blitz all the time and want to take out the QB from excessive amount of hits.

Now a coach O hire, which I think is a must now, would help recruiting.
