listen I'm of the belief that if you can hire a Peach Bowl MVP you do it. LSU's checkbook will heal the DiNardo wounds.

I'd love Del Rio to come if Miles leaves....he would bring a tough physical look to our team, and he has done a good job in jacksonville considering he plays in a tough division and has yet to have a good QB

Yeah then we should try and get Van Chancellor to come coach the women's Bball team....

Are you actually saying that going from the NFL to CFB is the equivalent of going from the WNBA to WCBB? Seriously?

John Fox is one of the ten best coaches in the NFL. He is extremely well respected, and if he gets fired, he will find another NFL job within the week. LSU is not what some of you think it is.

exactly!! that is a great example of how LSU should go after the best available coach -- looking at the current situation in pro sports, LSU offers a much more attractive package than most pro teams --

go for Fox or Gruden or possibly DelRio -- these guys will appreciate the situation much more than Miles or Saban --

listen man I love Ro but his head is still in the NFL. If we hire Banks he's at LSU for life and we see a dynasty like never before. And after Hester is done with his HOF NFL career he can come in and take over for Tommy and just like their playing careers he'll do even better.

not to mention that Van was a successful college coach before going to the WNBA. His move to LSU is more like Saban to Bama. SOS to USC etc

Talking with Michigan fans at Mgoblog they seem to think it's down to Tedford, Kelly, and Miles. But they're just speculating like we are.
