Saying Coach _______ is good offensively but doesnt play defense,doesnt care about defense or sucks at defense?
As a coach, you can create advantages to move the ball offensively. Dbl teams at the POA, misdirection ect to put your players in position to have success. Theres not much you can do defensively if your defenders arent as good as the offensive player they are facing. 2-3's cant cover 4-5's.
For example I hear "LSU beat down Oregon, their defense sucks." They had 2-3 star DBs trying to run with LSU's stud WRs. My money is on the Studs. Not many 5 star DB's lining up to play at TT,WSU,WVU ect so keep that in mind.

that's just not always the case.
Not everyone has 5* DBs sure.
But some people look at every athlete and see a WR or a scar back RB. Some people see corners.
Guess which people tend to have better CB rather than a really good 5th receiver.
