Can someone explain to me....

...why Billy Gonzales is such a "slam dunk" hire?
I'm not saying he's not, but I'm struggling to see why he is?
Great recruiter? (If you say "yes", supply evidence).
Great WR coach? (If you say "yes", supply evidence).
Why the lateral move from UF to LSU?
Again, this may come off as negative, but I promise you it isn't. I just know zilch about the guy, and don't feel like reading a long-arse resume.
Someone provide the cliffnotes, por favor.

I think the Florida site (without being able to read past the teaser since I don't have a subscription) made it sound like it was a mutual parting.
