Does he just have too much baggage to be considered for another head coaching job? Yes, the UNC scandal was bad, but he was not specifically implicated by the NCAA.
He is an ace recruiter / talent evaluator judging by the rosters he built during his tenures at Miami and UNC.
I would take a chance on him.

People want to bitch about Davis age..he and Saban are the same age...Butch built Miami back to "THE U"..has a couple of Super Bowl rings and can recruit and match X's and O's with anybody..And he's cheap right now..
