he had coached here before as the QB's coach from 2011-2013. He did an alright job with the UAB Blazers as their offensive coordinator in 2014.
I'm sure you all were dying to know that.

Good move for the Jags.
Hope that he can bring a
QB with him cause Hunter Vaughn isn't the long term answer.

I think its an interesting move from a recruiting stand point too. He knows the area real well and should help continue to bring local talent to USA.
I like that he's familiar with some of the players and coaches on the team also.
yeah... damn shame that Bridge didn't have Vincent around this year. I think he would have done better for sure.
QB will be a question mark heading into next year.

UAB had a decent backup that can sling it. Briscoe

Would rather see South get him than Clemens as Briscoe has 3 to play 3.

how do you think Vincent did this past season at UAB?
I know they scored a lot on Troy and put up 34 points @ Miss State.
it was a little easier to sort of follow UAB at the beginning of the season because of those common opponents.
did he play in garbage time or did he get to start because of an injury or something?
I know Vaughn was our freaking 3rd string QB but had to end up playing because guys kept getting hurt.

Vaughn played pretty good against Texas state but he obviously didn't know the offense well. The majority of his int's were just throws to no one. Looked like miscommunication.
Vincent was a big part of how well Metheny developed 2012->2013 IMO. Really glad to have him back on staff.
