Bundy, you really think so? I actually wish he was still at State. Ellis is an awesome DC.

That's what I have been hearing from some people who I know that are Southern Miss alums and season ticket holders. The only problem is that he makes almost as much as DC at USCe as Fedora made at USM.

However, I think the lure of being a head coach of a top 25 team might be enought to lure him to Hattiesburg.

Actually they said that would be the 3rd dumbest coaching hire in the history of CFB. A caller called in and said that was a rumor they were hearing....

Ok good.

What were the other two? Just curious.

Brett Farve Coaching

can you imagine how horrible this would be? He would never retire, never be able to make a critical decision & stick with it & I think he would suck at recruiting. Coach Favre...

True. I would think if he wanted a head coaching gig he could do better than USM. Besides I don't want him there since we have to start playing them again in a couple of years.

the only thing that Brett Favre cares about is who will be the next person to get his dick pics and getting drunk and hunting, so yes he would make a great college football coach, Penn State should go after him

GTFO with this Southern Miss talk. We already have 2 other shitty Mississippi schools to make fun of. We don't need another.

I don't think Favre has the temperament to be a head coach. I do see him taking on a role as a position coach at USM, though. It's obvious he plans to remain in the area--still works closely with the Oak Grove High program. And he's done commentary for a Southern Miss football game.
