It's a legal tweet.
However, the texts during the season are not.
South Carolina players can tweet now, since Saturday.
Look up Marcus Lattimore or other SC players, no tweets from Sept till Nov 23rd after the final reg season game.
Only banned during the season, but this fake QB tweeted during season = fake.

I'm now leaning towards fake... Pretty good troll attempt though its already been re tweeted over 1,000 times.
