I know he traded a hall of fame receiver for a crippled running back and ran the Texans into the ground destroying thier ability to be successful for years to come but there’s been plenty of coaches who just suck arse at professional coaching but excel at the amateur level … see saban and spurrier … though I guess they were at least successful college coaches before the nfl trial period … but when in Rome just say f*** it
