Mediocre head coach. Lots of NFL experience (with Belichik), but no demonstrated recruiting success, at least not in 15 years or more.

Look, I get it - a stronger resume, objectively, than Aranda. But, really *meh* as a name.

Les Miles AT BEST. Look at the competition and what happened when he did it.
