Biggest thing about Kelly hire from AD perspective

He’s the least risky.
He doesn’t stick his thumb up random women’s asses, he isn’t in alcohol rehab in S Florida in the off-season, he’s coached more than 2 seasons at a P5 school, and he’s not a G5 coach hoping to be a success in the SEC.
Who knows if Fickell or Campbell were even interested. Just like Riley, they aren’t candidates if they don’t want to live in BR or play in the SEC.
Kelly is the winningest coach in ND history and dude can recruit.
Biggest question should be who can we raid from NDs recruiting class.
