Of all the names floating around there for our job, which of the coaches would have the biggest melt but would end up having a career that would most strongly disprove the melters?

In other words, if you're scoring the melt on 1-10 (10 being most melty), and their eventual career on 1-10 (10 being multiple nattys winner), who has the highest number?

It comes down to Campbell vs Napier for me. Both would cause similar melts (napier a little more), but I think Campbell would have a better career.

BoB by contrast would be a 10 melt, but a 4 or 5 career at best.

Nationally the big name coach that would cause the biggest backlash (nationally) would easily be Urban.

Napier, in all likelihood. Many here will detest him because he coaches at ULL.

Urban would be the runaway winner of this, but I don't think he's genuinely been linked to this job, so I left him out.

Urban would probably be a 10 melt (nationally, as you said) and a 10 career.

I've been against him from the beginning and it doesn't have anything to do with where he coaches and I for sure don't detest the guy. I just don't see what all the fuss is about. He has an unimpressive resume as far as offenses go, and I just don't think he's ready to make the jump to the Power 5. His offense is pretty bland to be honest and I don't think it would succeed in the SEC. That's really all it is.
