No one really knows except for Chicken and the admins.... Back in 2007 he broke that CLM was not going to UM, his post got whacked, Chicken asked for sources via email, Belowpar gave them, and now he has Chicken's blessing.

Michigan has handled this whole situation so poorly, that it makes you wonder what really good coach would want to work for their Athletic Director.
