Gus's offense is legit. All of the gimmicky stuff he did at Arkansas got toned down and his offenses at Tulsa have featured much less shotgun and receiver motion, and much more two-tight sets and rollouts.

IMO, Saban....Tubby cannot get the players to run the power running game like he used to, b/c Saban has/is/will beat him in recruiting. When he got to the barn, Bammer was on probation, had no coach, & just flat out sucked. He will have to go after kids that Saban does not want, so therefore he has to do something else or else.

I Tulsa play last night and they ran 95% of their plays from the gun and use motion before almost every snap.

Same system as Franklin and Mume. If Tubs wants to run the system then he has to fire his cronies and get people who have coached in this system. Tubs days are numbered at Aurburn IMO.
