Assistant coach hires

Who agrees ? After this weekend we got to start hearing some decisions on assistant coaches. Open to reasons why or why not. I would imagine some still coaching don’t want to say they are leaving is one reason.

Seems logical, however it may be a bad idea to bring logic or facts into the conversation.
