Idk what admin is thinking if they don’t nab Dave at this point. I’d like to believe there was never any truth to the Riley smoke. But either way Aranda is the best candidate & that was probably true even when we thought Riley/Jimbo were still in the mix.
His HC resume isn’t long, but he probably deserves a lot of credit for 2019. Intelligent. No nonsense attitude. Pretty much all I’ve wanted in a HC here for a long time.
If we don’t get him now he will probably be winning at Baylor for 30 years. Jimbo was probably Woody’s 1-A, but Aranda is the best hire for LSU.

DAVE DOES NOT LIKE TO RECRUIT! And please don’t give me the LSU recruits itself or we can hire recruiters. The head man matters! He’s a lot like Joe Brady in recruiting. It’s just not his thing.
