I would think since Aranda is doing so well and they are having a good season that he would like to quite the talk with a statement that he is staying. This could leave me to believe he is at least in the running for the position as head coach at Louisiana State University.

A Coach and his team winning a big Conf matchup Sat:
Fans: Why hasnt he said he's not leaving for LSU? He must be coming
Damn, guys. NO Coach is going to torpedo his season by talking about another opening with games left to be played

Per ESPN:
"Chandler Morris threw for 461 yards and two touchdowns in his first start for TCU and the Frogs beat No. 14 Baylor 30-28 on Saturday, six days after Patterson and the school mutually agreed to immediately part ways before completing his 21st season as head coach."
"TCU (4-5, 2-4 Big 12) ended a three-game losing streak, and had lost five of its six previous games."

You misspelled USC.

Dave Aranda was born in Kern County, California. Aranda played linebacker at Redlands High School in Redlands, California. After graduation he attended California Lutheran, and also coached at his alma mater Redlands HS. He then began coaching at Cal Lutheran while being a student there. After graduating there in 1999, and pursuing a couple of other coaching opportunities, he returned to Cal Lutheran in 2005 as its defensive coordinator.
