If Kiffin leaves, I have to think that Sark slides into his role at UA.
I imagine his role right now has been to learn how The Process works and prepare for the OC position.
Now, just because that might be the plan, doesn't mean it happens.
I could definitely see Sark leaving for LSU opposed to remaining in a non coaching position at Bama over Kiffin leaving for an OC position while still holding the OC posts Bama as some seem to think.
No inside sources, just what I think is common sense...

I would love for it to be Sark. I want Kiffin nowhere near this program.
At least if it's Sark, and O fails as hard as we all know he will, Sark will be a viable candidate to be named HC.

The way this entire coaching search process has gone I fully expect Kiffen to either turn Orgeron down or go to Houston as HC, Arranda to move to Texas as their DC and LSU will hire Steve Spurrier as Offensive Coordinator and Pete Jenkins as Defensive Coordinator.
