Any way to hit the reset button and hire Darrell Dickey as OC (Memphis)

This turd show is getting out of hand. If we can't get better than Steve Esminger...we are as bad a shite show as Tennessee.
Dickey is perfect. He runs a uptempo, no huddle spread offense with some pro style features like power running the ball. He has been on the staff of Justin Fuente and Mike Norvell.
