Any way to get both Aranda and Napier?

I was thinking about some kind of “co HC” setup where they’re more or less equal and focus on their respective sides of the ball.
Each is such a great mind on one side, the thought of having them together creates endless possibilities.

Of course, this happens all the time.

No there's no way And neither of them are going to be head coach of LSU

I’m not the first to propose this idea
Titles could be Offensive HC and Defensive HC
Both could be coordinators and share “ceo” duties

I actually think some team will try this setup in the future, as the HC position becomes more and more obsolete thanks to elite and highly paid coodinators.
Think about it, LSU easily could've done it themselves in 2019 with great success. You can't tell me Orgeron really had any positive effect on that team or any real input on gametime decisions, it was all the coordinators and it worked just fine. Ed O's salary was basically wasted.
Some mid-major team will be brave enough to realize that they can save money on an HC and sink those funds into better coordinators, and that'll become the hot new trend in CFB.

We wouldn’t even need coordinators.
It’s a brilliant idea!

Yep. I think everyone is locked into to an obsolete power structure that inevitably subjugates one side of the ball.
