Kelly's win % of 72.9% includes the "forfeited" games, but even if you don't count these good seasons, he's over 70%
You have to go back to the mid-80s to mid-90s to get a better winning %. Kind of a lot has changed in CFB since then.

Some minor academic stuff that is a big deal for ND to report but wouldn't be an issue at a football school like LSU.

He built Cincinnati and ND. He wasn't born on 3B. Hard to see him not reaching the playoffs here.
